Getting Started

Yes—and honestly, sometimes people who haven't done coaching before get the most out of this because they're not carrying habits from other approaches that didn't work. What matters isn't your experience with coaching. What matters is whether you're ready to look honestly at yourself. If you are, this works. If you're not, no amount of coaching experience will help.

You're ready if you're tired of feeling like something is off but not being able to name it. You're ready if you've tried other things and they haven't been enough. You're ready if part of you knows something needs to shift, even if you don't know what. Readiness isn't about having it together—it's about being willing to look. If you're reading this page, you're probably ready.

Absolutely. The Diagnostic Session stands completely on its own. Many people book one session, get their diagnosis and three pathways, and decide from there what they want to do. There's no pressure to continue into coaching. The session has standalone value—a clear diagnosis and direction you can act on yourself. Coaching is for people who want ongoing support and accountability in doing the work.

About the Process

Therapy typically looks backward to understand and heal. This work looks at the present to diagnose and move. I'm not here to process your past with you—I'm here to help you see what's operating right now, name it clearly, and shift it. Some people do both simultaneously and find they complement each other well. But this is not therapy, and it's not a substitute for mental health treatment if that's what you need.

Start with the Diagnostic Session. That's a single, no-ongoing-commitment investment. After that, you'll have a clear diagnosis and three pathways—and you can decide if and when continuing makes sense. There's no minimum commitment to coaching beyond the month you're in. If something changes, you adjust. Life happens. We work with it.

Yes. This is actually one of the areas where this work is most valuable. Spiritual awakening is real—and it can be disorienting, isolating, and hard to navigate without someone who can hold the spiritual reality while also being grounded enough to help you function in your actual life. I've been through it myself. I understand the terrain.

Logistics

All sessions are held via video call, so time zone doesn't prevent us from working together. We'll find a time that works for both of us. I work with clients across multiple time zones. When you reach out to book, mention your time zone and we'll sort it from there.

Life happens. I ask for 24 hours notice for rescheduling when possible. I work with people through real things—I'm not going to be rigid about human life getting in the way. That said, consistency is a big part of what makes this work. We'll talk about expectations when we start.

Yes. This work isn't tied to any specific religion, tradition, or belief system. The framework is spiritual in the sense that it acknowledges there's more going on beneath the surface than what's visible—but it doesn't require you to hold any particular beliefs. What it does require is honesty and a willingness to look. Everything else is yours to define.
